Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options:

1. Delivery Now
For eligible orders placed during active hours, we aim to deliver within 1 to 2 hours.

2. Schedule Delivery
 Customers may choose a future delivery time during the available scheduling windows shown at checkout.

  • Friday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Schedule Delivery

  • Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Delivery availability may change on holidays, special business days, weather events, high-volume periods, or operational constraints.

 


 

Delivery Area

Delivery is available only to addresses within our active service area. Customers will be able to confirm eligibility at checkout by entering their address.

If an address is outside our delivery zone, we may decline the order or contact the customer to discuss available options.

 


 

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After an order is placed, we may need to contact the customer regarding substitutions, unavailable items, delivery timing, address clarification, or payment issues.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • delivery outside service area

  • suspected fraud or payment failure

  • product unavailability

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details

  • operational limitations



 

Delivery Timing

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do our best to deliver within the selected or estimated time window, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, order volume, holiday demand, product preparation time, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For Delivery Now, the stated 1 to 2 hour timeframe is an estimated target and may vary depending on demand and conditions.



 

Scheduled Delivery Windows

Scheduled delivery is available only during the time slots shown at checkout. Same-day scheduling may be limited to future available slots only. We reserve the right to adjust slot availability in real time based on driver capacity, order load, and store operations.



 

Friday and Holiday Limitations

Because of operational and religious timing requirements, delivery hours on Fridays are shorter than on other weekdays. Special schedules may also apply before holidays and on holiday periods.

We reserve the right to close delivery earlier than normal when necessary for operational, religious, or compliance reasons.



 

Product Availability and Substitutions

Some items may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we may:

  • remove the unavailable item from the order

  • contact the customer for approval of a substitute

  • substitute with a similar item only if the customer has allowed substitutions

  • refund the unavailable item

Weights, counts, and fresh product quantities may vary slightly from what is shown online.



 

Pricing and Final Charges

Prices shown online are subject to change without notice. The final amount charged may reflect:

  • weighted items sold by actual weight

  • approved substitutions

  • unavailable items removed from the order

  • taxes, fees, and delivery charges



 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • a complete and accurate delivery address

  • a valid phone number

  • clear delivery instructions if needed

  • someone available to receive the order when required

If a customer provides incorrect details or is unavailable to receive the order, delays, failed delivery, redelivery fees, or cancellation may apply.



 

Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  • the address is incorrect or incomplete

  • the courier cannot access the location

  • no one is available to receive the order when necessary

  • the customer cannot be reached

  • delivery conditions are unsafe

In such cases, we may attempt redelivery, reschedule the order, return the order, charge an additional fee, or cancel the order depending on the circumstances.



 

Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Items

Orders containing meat, fish, deli, dairy, frozen, or other perishable products should be received promptly upon delivery. Once delivered to the address provided, responsibility for proper storage passes to the customer, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by delays in customer receipt, unattended delivery conditions, or improper storage after delivery.



 

Contactless or Leave-at-Door Deliveries

If a customer chooses contactless delivery or requests that an order be left at the door, in lobby, with doorman, or another designated spot, the customer assumes responsibility once the order is delivered to that location, subject to applicable law.



 

Refunds and Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with a delivered order, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, credits, or replacements are reviewed case by case.

We may decline refund requests where:

  • the issue is reported too late for proper review

  • the product was left unattended at the customer’s request

  • the problem resulted from incorrect address information or customer unavailability

  • the complaint cannot be reasonably verified



 

Right to Update Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time without prior notice. The latest version posted on the website will apply to new orders.
